  • Current Series: Insurrection

I just read an article the other day talking about a large Church in California that raised 2.4 million dollars in four days to overcome a budgeting shortcoming for the fiscal year. The pastor said this was the biggest support of giving he had seen in such a short time.  That same week I read another article that said that 12.6 million children in the United States experience hunger.  I wonder how much money would have been raised if a challenge was sent out to feed children in need.  Would it be the biggest giving ever?  This series is about these two facts and what God calls us as Christ followers to be.  This series is about looking at the culture of the Church and seeing what it has and has not done well to respond to these issues. We want to invite you to join us over the next six weeks as we learn about the Church culture and what God is calling its people to become....to start....an insurrection....an uprising.

Listen to the messages and more ...

  • Service Times

We gather for service at 11:00 AM Sunday mornings.  Make sure to come in a bit early and get some coffee before service.  If you have children we suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before the service start so that the kids can be checked in to God's Backyard.

Sunday evenings we gather at 6:00 PM for a
whole new "Gathering" at Encounter Community Church.  See the New Service Tab for more info.
