We are people finding purpose in the life God has to offer. Our passion is to see our community living the way of Jesus by:
Planting churches Equipping every day missionaries Addressing poverty Caring for the sick Engaging the next Generation Our Mission: (carrying out the great Commission Matthew 28:19-20, Acts 1:8) Living out God’s plan by encountering lasting relationships in community. Our Vision: (Living out the Great Commandment Mark 12:30-31, Acts 2:42-47) A band of people with a deep desire for God, who delight in loving one another, and who have a great passion for reaching others. Our Purpose: To engage in the movement of Christianity through becoming a Band of Christ followers that reproduce other bands of Christ followers by reaching for un- and de- churched lives in outlying metro communities throughout west Michigan and beyond. Our Core Values: We believe our core values will make an IMPACT in the community of Belding: Innovation: We believe God’s creativity displayed in all of creation should be reflected in His ministry. Multiplication: We believe healthy things of God multiply and further His Kingdom Participation: We believe God has an active role for everybody in Christ’s Body, and the roles should be fun; who said church has to be dull and boring? Authenticity: We believe an authentic atmosphere of relationships is the primary way God Reaches people. Contagiousness: We believe being part of a Biblically functioning body of Christ is contagious in our world today. Transformation: We believe the application of God’s Word through prayer and the Holy spirit leads to our lives being transformed and restored. |
